About Clubethics
ClubEthics is an initiative to make nightlife a safer and more inclusive place. Together with club staff, we will be working on taking concrete action towards clear policy. We do this through the Safer Clubbing workshops, provided by the Sexmatters Foundation.
ClubEthics helps clubs to take responsibility for a safe and inclusive nightlife and motivates the clubs to be transparent about their policies. ClubEthics includes: the Safer Clubbing training for club staff, a ClubEthics Code of Conduct, guidance for clubs in setting up policy around safety. Finally, ClubEthics serves as a platform and facilitator for the subsequent conversation.
